Pricing
Simple, upfront pricing
No hourly surprises, no hidden fees. You pay for the space your junk takes up in our truck — and you'll know the price before we lift a thing.
How pricing works
You pay by volume — that's it
We price by how much room your stuff takes up in the truck. The more you have, the more space it fills — here's the rough scale. Your exact price is confirmed on site, free and upfront.
Single Item
One couch, mattress, appliance, or hot tub — the awkward one-off you just need gone.
Quarter Truck
A small room's worth — a few pieces of furniture, some boxes, light garage clutter.
Half Truck
A garage or basement cleanout, an apartment's worth of furniture and junk.
Full Truck
A whole-home or estate cleanout, large construction or yard-debris loads.
What's included in every price
- All the labor and lifting
- Loading from wherever it sits — no curb required
- Hauling and transport
- Responsible disposal, recycling & donation
- Sweep-up of the work area
No hidden fees, ever
The number we quote is the number you pay. It already covers the labor, the loading, the drive, and proper disposal. We only adjust if you add items — and we'll always check with you first. Payment is handled securely through Jobber after the job; we never store your card.
Pricing questions
Pricing FAQ
How does volume-based pricing work?
You pay for the amount of space your stuff takes up in our truck — nothing more. Before we lift anything, we look at the pile and give you a firm, no-obligation price. You decide from there.
Why don't you list exact prices online?
Every job is different — a single mattress and a full garage aren't the same load. Flat online prices would mean over-charging some folks and under-quoting others. Instead, we give you an honest, upfront price on site, for free.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The quote we give you covers labor, loading, hauling, and disposal. The only time the price changes is if you add items — and we'll confirm with you first.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled securely through Jobber after the job — card or e-transfer. We never keep your card on file.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Estimates are always free and no-obligation. You only pay if you approve the price and we do the work.
